Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Canadian Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Charges will be immediately applied to your credit card as soon as you place your order. We also accept orders by phone, fax, or regular mail.

We charge a flat $6.95 fee for shipping and handling. For orders over $125.00, there is no charge for shipping/handling.

Orders are normally shipped, at the latest, within 48 hours ( 2 business days) from the time we receive them. For all in stock items, orders received before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same or next business day.

We are not able to accept backorders.

GST will be applied to all orders placed from within Canada. In addition, on applicable items, PST will be applied to all orders placed from within Ontario. All other orders are tax free.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We will never share your name, mailing address, e-mail address, or phone number with another party. Within 15 days of receipt of the shipment, you may return any product in its unopened, original condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets this condition. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is the result of our error.
